Megan Berry
Sedona, AZ
Megan Berry is a Sedona-based ceramic artist, raised in Sedona and deeply influenced by the desert landscape and its slower rhythms. A lifelong maker, she has explored sewing, knitting, natural dyeing, and other forms of handcraft before discovering handbuilt ceramics. That discovery led her into a deep, self-directed study of the art form, where she continues to explore and develop her own intuitive approach to clay.
Working primarily with coils and slabs, Megan creates each piece through an organic and evolving process. Her work is inspired by natural shapes, textures, and the quiet imperfections found in the landscape. Embracing a Wabi-Sabi sensibility, she allows the clay to retain a sense of movement and individuality, creating pieces that feel earthy, tactile, and connected to the high desert she calls home.
